Quiche, Quiche, Baby!

Thinking that going gluten free is ruining the holidays? Think again! For Easter brunch, quiche is a go-to. With this recipe, even Celiac Disease cannot stop you from joining your family for the holidays! Enjoy this GF quiche that we love and is sure to make everyone smile!

Ingredients:

1/2 stick of butter

2 cups milk

4 eggs

1/2 cup of GF Bisquick (we use Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick)

Any extra vegetables, cheese, meats, etc. you would like

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients (besides the extra toppings) together in a blender.

2. Grease a pie plate and put your choice of fillings in the bottom.

3. Pour egg mixture over the fillings.

4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy!
